All orders are fully tracked and insured to the value of the order. The courier service provides our customers with a one hour delivery window, notified by SMS and email, so you don't have to wait in all day.
The Follow My Parcel service enables customers to watch the progress of their delivery on a real-time map, all the way down to a final 15 minute timeslot. If required, you can:
- Select an alternative delivery date
- Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour
- Have the parcel left in a specified safe place
- Pick the item up from one of 2,500 Pick Up Shops across the UK
- Upgrade delivery to before 12 noon.
Our courier of choice is committed to carbon neutrality to ensure that every parcel sent through their network is carbon neutral. Further information on individual services is available upon request.
